ORDERS

Placing An Order:

After 18 years of an online presence and recent requests for online payments we now provide a web-based  shopping cart. Our customers can now complete purchases on line without the need to contact us with payment details. We  use the services of Bendigo Bank to provide added security for our customers under Australian Law.
Of course, customers who prefer a more personalised service or have questions about our products may still contact us via email or phone.  However, while we endeavour to reply promptly, priority is given to our online customers.

Legal issues:

You must be at least 18 years old to order from us.  Some states have more restrictive bladeware  laws than those in Tasmania, and it is your responsibility to know and follow those laws.

By placing an order with us, you are declaring that you are:

  • at least 18 yrs of age;
  • legally entitled to purchase that item;
  • have read our terms and conditions; and
  • accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the state to which you have asked for it to be delivered.

Out of Stock Items:

If you wish to order an item that is currently out of stock (showing 0 on our website), you are welcome to contact us to enquire as to when the item may be available and/or to place a pending order. We will contact you when the item becomes available.

Delivery:

We use Australia Post express satchels for most of our orders, which under normal conditions means next day delivery to capital cities across Australia and a further day or so to most other areas, from when we post. Large or heavy items may be sent by surface delivery, or a courier service that we organise with you that may be used in special circumstances.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Warranty:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are covered by warranty. Should one of our products prove to be defective, please contact us to discuss the problem and lodge your claim. You may be asked to physically post the item back to us for inspection, or it may be possible to do so with good photographs -we will discuss this with you when you first contact us. Defective items will be replaced or repaired depending upon the level of the fault. We will approach and confirm warranty details with the manufacture or Australian importer on your behalf. Be assured that we will respond quickly.
